The Public Service Institute of Nigeria (PSIN) has conducted a three-day workshop on Strategic Plan Development for its officials, a process which will define the action plan for the institute for five years.
A statement by PSIN’s Head of Press and Public Relations, Ekaete Umo, said the Administrator of PSIN, Dr. Abdul-Ganiyu Obatoyinbo, at the workshop, said in line with the recent transformation in the civil service, the institute was developing a strategic plan that would guide it towards achieving its mandate.
Speaking further Dr. Obatoyinbo said the workshop was a platform to harness contributions from all stakeholders to produce a document that would stand the test of time. He said as implementers of government policies, civil servants must possess the required knowledge and understanding.
