Layer cages
These Layer cages are designed with the owner and chicken in mind. These cages are engineered in such a way that egg breakage is minimised and safe and hygienic for chickens. It can last between 10-20 years depending on the final coating you will choose: Hot Dip, Galvanize or Epoxy Coating. It has quality materials and craftsmanship exhibited in the production of the cages. This layer cages also come with feed dispenser.
The feed
The Feed dispenser can feed the chicken in layer cages and collect the eggs at the same time. This machine can minimise cost because it can save labour by being able to feed the whole house of chickens in 5 minutes unlike before that required at least 45 minutes for feeding.
Aside from feeding the chickens, you can also use the feed dispenser as a utility cart to collect the egg harvest. Alternatively, the utility cart is ergonomically designed to be stress-less for the egg collector as the height of the device is waist level so transferring the harvest from the cart to the sorting area will be hazard free.
Traditionally, egg farmers lug around a sack of chicken feeds to distribute to their chickens, and that requires a lot of time and effort. By this process, the farmer is prone to unequal feeding and has a tendency to potentially miss out feeding some chickens.
The Feed Dispenser has two feed bins mounted on a trolley that equally dispense feed throughout a lane with 6 rows of cages. Loading up the bins with chicken feeds require minimal effort as a hopper / loading device will allow you to load it up without climbing to its height. It will only require three minutes to finish a lane 375 ft long by effortlessly pushing the feed dispenser from start to finish.
The Feed Dispenser gives you the power to control the amount of feed it equally dispenses to the feed troughs and you can use the same A/A Feed Dispenser to service another layer cage row.
