Rainbow World unveiled in Abuja

The Rivers State government initiated a Public Private Partnership with the First Bank Plc to get Rainbow Town Development Limited to drive this investment.
The estate which is about 70 percent completed is marketed by Pat Onukwuli & Co, an Abuja-based estate Surveyors and Valuers firm.
The estate with 1,181 residential housing choices is located in the Garden City’s Trans-Amadi industrial corridor.
The estate sitting on 23.24 hectares of land has houses distributed into terraces, detached and highrise condons.
The mixed-use blend includes a clinic, shopping arcade, clubhouse and outdoor recreational facilities.
There is a 15-storey iconic tower comprising commercial hub of offices, conventional centre, movie theatres, shops, restaurants, short-stay inn and a halipad.
Addressing guests at the unveiling dinner, head of the estate’s sales agent, Mr Pat Onukwuli of Pat Onukwuli & Co. described the project as “the largest single development in Africa” stressing that N100 billion has so far been expended.
Onukwuli who stressed that conservation and luxury are the guiding principles said the Rainbow World is very attractive becuase it is in the heart of Port Harcourt industrial area.
“Apart from having good access road to the airport, its proximity to target market’s operating bases reduces the distance from home to work,” Onukwuli stated.
According to him, the estate which is to be completed mid next year is nearly a community of its own because it has its independent sewage, water and electricity systems.
Prices range from N33 million to N95 million. First Bank Plc supports subscribers with mortgage.
