Ramadan: Al-Ansar orphanage fetes widows

Al-Ansar (Orphanage) Home, a faith-based non-governmental Islamic organization, has provided food items and sallah clothes to widows and orphans respectively.
The Amira of the organization, Hajiya Amina Abubakar, in Abuja, enjoined wealthy individuals to support the orphanage through financial and material donations. She said that the organization was building classrooms within its environment for orphans with donations from Muslim community.
She said that the completion of the school project would save the organisation from seeking regular assistance in order to pay the school fees of the 200 orphans under its care.
