Mosque: Things the mosque committee should arrange in the month of Ramadan
The mosque committee should find an Imam who will always be in the mosque (permanent) to be leading prayers throughout the month of Ramadan.
To change and renovate the mosque building, such as painting, change or wash carpets, repair of change air conditioner, fans, loud speakers, and microphone for the purpose of keeping the people informed during Sallah, Sahur and breaking of fast.
To ensure cleanliness of the mosque’s surounding, toilets, bathrooms during the Ramadan.
To encourage people to give Sadaka for the purpose of maintenance of the mosque and what is required by the mosque.
To invite learned and righteous malams or students to give lectures about the month of Ramadan before its coming and also to conduct  tafsir.
At the end of every prayer, the imam should select a book, like the Riyadus Salihin or other Hadith books to read for the congregation.
To arrange for the mosque congregation a conference every day or once in a week.
To organise special committee to seek  Fisabilillah for the breaking of fasting and the sharing of food and drinks.
To get Islamic books and cassettes to share to the people free.
To set up a committee that will look into the welfare of orphans, their feeding and their clothing for the Eid celebration.
To set aside at least two or three days, under the leadership of the mosque imam, when people will bring food for people to eat together.
To encourage the imam to complete the recitation of the Holy Qur’an once in the Tarawih prayer.
To organise lectures at various levels during the Ramadan.
To organise information network to inform people of the important things they should do in the Month of Ramadan.
To get a committee that will collect Zakkah and also to share it.
To organise how people will gather in the mosque to eat Sallah food.
May Allah benefit us by the Qur’an verses recited in the month of Ramadan. I seek Allah’s forgiveness for you and myself from all sins, so fellow Muslim brothers and sisters seek His forgiveness that He may forgive you, for He is the Oft-Forgiving.
