“Yes, I have crossed over to Heartland and I am prepared to help them achieve their targets this coming season,” Ogbu told MTNFootball.com
“I am very happy to have been spotted by Heartland. I deserve some respect which Rangers officials have denied me and Heartland are giving that to me.
“Moreover, what Heartland have put on the table for me in terms of monthly salaries and signing-on fees is thrice more than what Rangers have been paying me. So, I would be a fool not to grab this golden opportunity of selling myself to the world in the CAF Confederation Cup.”
Heartland is getting a physically imposing centre-forward, whose raw edges are expected to be polished off by high-level competition.
