A famous Hausa political singer, Dauda Kahutu Rarara, has allegedly dumped his former boss — the Kano state Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, and now seems to enjoy a ‘political romance’ with, Sha’aban Sharada, a former aide of President Muhammadu Buhari.

Sharada who also represents the Kano Municipal federal constituency in the House of Representatives recently dumped the All Progressive Congress (APC) political party to pick the Kano state gubernatorial ticket under the umbrella of the Action Democratic Party (ADP)

Taking to his verified Instagram page, the singer made it known that he stands with Sha’aban Sharada’s political movement in 2023 general elections. With the post, the singer has cleared the air that about his relationship with his former boss, Governor Ganduje.

“Malam Sha’aban has come to save Kano, and if he is saving Kano, he is actually saving you,” he wrote.

Moreso, the singer and the lawmaker were sported together alighting from a Nigerian air force plane this week.

It can be recalled that Sha’aban Sharada has challenged the Kano state APC guber primaries in which Ganduje’s deputy Nasiru Yusif Gawuna emerged as the party’s candidate.
