Re: 90,786 candidates battle for Unity College admission slots

Sir, the attention of the National Examinations Council (NECO) has been drawn to a news report on page 10 of Daily Trust, Monday, April 18, 2016 publication titled, ‘90,786 Candidates battle for 26;000 Unity College admission slots,’ wherein the Registrar/Chief Executive of NECO was erroneously addressed as Registrar/Chief Executive of NCEE (which is National Common Entrance Examination). Please correct the mistake to avoid confusing the reading public on the proper designation of Prof Abdulrashid Garba as the Registrar/Chief Executive of NECO. Thank you.
Azeez Sani, Head; Information and Public Relations, NECO.
