Mahmud Jega’s discourse as it affects the budget imbroglio is one case too many. This document has suffered so much delay in treatment to become implementable where cases of padding, omission and commission becomes the order of the day. If Rep. Jibrin is accused of padding his constituency projects unknown to other members, then Honorable Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amechi is also guilty the same offence for padding a non-executive proposal. The thing to happen is for the two arms to synchronize all the gray areas for the president to assent to the document for implementation.
