Going by President Jonathan’s claims, opposition parties should be disbanded and there should be no election. He should remain president for life. The opposition has never been tried or tested before; how then can President Jonathan say the PDP is more experienced in governance than the opposition?  I know the PDP is only better than the opposition in corruption and impunity. Has any PDP governor performed better than Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola of Lagos State and Governor Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso of Kano State?
The reasons advanced by the president are childish and unconvincing and can best be likened to the howls of a drowning man.  President Jonathan just wants to plunge the country into serious problems by his inordinate ambition.  They (Jonathan and his party and officials) are afraid that Gentleman Muhammadu Buhari might send them to prison for theft and digital corruption.
