The headline of the lead story on the front page of the Daily Trust of Wednesday 6th April 2016 captioned “N.6 Million lodged into Saraki’s account 50 times in 1 day” is not only embarrassing, bizarre, absurd but equally sordid. The figure by simple Arithmetic translates to N 30 Million just in one day. It is just another case of such unhealthy revelations coming out each day from our public office holders who parade themselves as leaders of people in a country of over 170 million population where social amenities and other infrastructures are lacking to over half of the population.
Every day the pages of the national Newspapers are filled up with such stories and the culprits are still wallowing and enjoying themselves in the chilling air conditioned chambers of the nation’s upper and lower chambers or in the respective state Government Houses as governors or Ministers as the case may be. 
Despite all these huge amount of money apparently stolen from public funds they are still out using their associates and friends in the nasty trade to frustrate the efforts of the President who is bend on bringing an end to corruption.
From all these revelations it is daily becoming glaringly clear that PMB has a huge task ahead of him as president in fighting these syndicate of rogues who abound in all nook and corners and towns and villages of these country. It is high time for all Nigerians to wake up to the reality that these people are the problem and President Muhammadu Buhari and his genuine intention to crush them is the only solution left for this country.
In all fairness and honesty, these people are not human and they do not deserve to breeze any air of freedom. Perhaps we have no alternative but to adopt the Ghana example. Justice must be done no matter whose ox is gored.
