You sought to proffer solution to the ubiquitous poverty ravaging the North. In addition to your argument for mega industrialization and merger of small businesses into huge enterprises, among others, the key to poverty reduction is education in innovative skills and agricultural revolution together with value addition and marketing and real subsidy to drive the sector where the region has the most competitive advantage.

Mass job placement of northerners in governmental and private corporate organisations where qualified youths from the region are gravely short-changed are key to fighting poverty and reducing criminality.
