I am not the Acting E.S. of UBEC. The Acting Executive Secretary is Professor Charles Onocha. I was the foundation Executive Secretary of UBEC from 2004 – 2007. Since then I have been a teacher at the University of Abuja.
The organizers of the workshop were the Sokoto State Government and the Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto. I, Professor Gidado Tahir was only invited to Chair the entire proceedings.
