A real estate firm, Mshel Homes, has expanded its operations to Karu district of the federal capital territory as part of efforts to boost customer service experience.

Speaking at the Grand Opening of the Karu Salea Outlet on Thursday, the Group Managing Director, Mshel Homes, Arc. Barka Umaru Mshelia stated that the expansion was to ease the burden of transportation on customers and also improve service delivery.

“Mshel Homes started in 2018 and there was one vision that the company set out to achieve, which is to empower people to own a piece of the world. For us, throughout this journey, it has been a good one, with multiple challenges. But one good thing about those challenges is the fact that we’re able to change these challenges to opportunities that have been able to set us apart and give us a pedestal to be able to define how real estate is being practiced.

“For us, we’ve seen several challenges over the years, as regards title issues, deliverables from developers, and at the same time, the commitments of clients. Throughout our years of experience, seven years plus, we’ve been into this business of trying to see how we can be able to provide housing. And not just housing, but to be able to create a luxury environment where people could live their best life in such an environment,” he said.

“In our quest to try to expand our scope of influence and at the same time to be able to provide housing services to our clients, we thought that Karu is a wonderful opportunity field full of potential. There are great people there, the place is overcrowded and populated and at the same time, we feel that we have so much value to offer to the populace of Karu branch.

“So, in our quest to achieve that, M Homes strategically positioned itself today to be able to launch an office that will be able to provide exceptional service to the people in Karu branch.  

“For us, we understand the level of traffic and distress that it takes for clients to walk into our office at Guzapa, even though we have an office at Wuse, but at the same time, we felt that it’s going to draw us closer to the people,” The GMD further explained.

Also speaking, the Managing Director of Mshe Homes, Favour Ibrahim said the real estate firm is strategically positioned with the right intention to ensure that your housing needs are met.
