A real estate firm in Abuja, Barcity Properties Limited, has unveiled the Genesis Gardens Estate project in Karsana, Abuja.

Genesis Gardens Estate, located in Karsana District of Abuja, is an eco-friendly estate enmeshed in an entirely greenery environment designed to mitigate climate challenges with the goal of creating zero carbon emissions.

Dominic Onyeka, Chief Executive Officer of Barcity Properties Limited said about 50 percent of the Genesis Gardens Estate is expected to be fully built by 2027 and urged Nigerians to take advantage and key into the project.
