Organised by Hope Africa Foundation in collaboration with DAAR Communications Plc the reality show promise to be a unique experience in the entertainment business as it focuses on core values, orientation and grooming our youths for leadership anchored on service and development.
“A highlight the needed missing link in the evolvement, and grooming/choice of true leaders in the sub Saharan Africa to drive the needed development in key sector of their economy and political leadership will soon commerce”, the organisers said in a statement issued on Thursday.
“The programme outlay will comprise existing details involved in choosing candidates in an election or top position in organizations, qualities needed, colourful/ engaging debates  and programmes on issues, intrigues and lobbying, campaign and other social yardsticks and aspects that are behind the scene and are away from the public”.
 The top class African, foreign leader, former presidents and political figures will be present as motivators and resources persons.
 The reality show will ensure help in transforming Africans’ thinking and expand the world view in terms of leadership, valve and choice of leader.
The Prize to be won include N24 million life and N10 Million for the winners plus other major prize.
