The Managing Director of  Obika Realtors, Mrs Ekamma Ufot,  says  the company has commenced  property development  at  Lekki Free Trade Zone area of Lagos State.

Ufot said the estate is made up  of 54 serviced plots comprising detached zone, semi – detached zone, terraced zone, recreational and commercial zones. 

She said that basic infrastructure such as roads, drainages, electricity, water  and security  would  be provided within the estate for the subscribers.

According to her, there are 54 plots in all in the estate with 20 for allocation  in the first phase, saying a subscriber could  purchase up to four  plots as long as they would be developed within a maximum of five years.

She assured the estate’s subscribers  that a deed of assignment would be given to all beneficiaries   after complete payment and the title on the plots transferred to them with the property being excised.
