Nigeria’s economic downturn does not affect housing development, Nigeria’s foremost developer, Adron Homes and Properties has said.
Chief Operating Officer, Island Zone, Mr. Michael Oyadele said the real estate sector was becoming more volatile and deserved some changes. “If you are trying to address recession in the country, you must have your customer in mind”.
He lauded Governor Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos for implementing the law on land grabbing, saying it is a saving grace from the hand of land grabbers. Besides, it would improve development of private real estate firm.
“It is a laudable achievement, because really over time land grabbers have been an issue for some the private developers. I think it is a welcome idea, it is going to foster development, you will see more housing structure coming up because some have been denied their right to do it”, he said.
