Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) in collaboration with the Center for Housing Studies, University of Lagos has organized a two-day workshop for professionals in the real estate sector.
The event supported by Housing Programme on AIT Abuja and Housing Time on Raypower holds from 9th-10th March, 2016 at Musa Yar’adua center, Abuja.
Theme is “Enhancing The Real Estate Value Change for Increased Economic Growth , Inclusiveness And Employment Generation”.
The workshop marketing consultant, Barr. Festus Adebayo explained that the workshop will scale up participants’ “understanding of the business of real estate, navigating on ways and means to fund housing construction in a developing economy, enhancing the capacity and effectiveness of the housing development dynamics in Nigeria and to broaden the understanding of financing module to build affordable housing from a vantage position.”
He said the event to be declared open by the Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Mr Babatunde Fashola will attract estate developers, state government ministries of lands and housing, primary mortgage banks, pension managers, building materials manufacturers, and professionals in the construction industry among others.
