Edo State Baptist Youth Conference (EBYC), yesterday protested the killings of 14 Baptist Church members in Southern Kaduna, calling on President Muhammadu Buhari to stem the tide of killings across the country.
Addressing journalists in Benin, Leader of the group, Nelson Ogbeifun, said they were worried over the spate at which its members and other Nigerians were being killed across the country.

According to him, Nigeria has been experiencing recurrent killings of innocent people, noting that many Christians and non Christians have been sacked from their communities while their houses were destroyed.
“As responsible citizens and religious group in Nigeria, we are calling on the Edo State House of Assembly, the National Assembly and the Nigerian government to rise to the task of providing adequate security for all Nigerians,” he said.
