A new housing solution provider, RentSmallSmall, has unveiled a plan to solve housing challenges being faced by Nigerians, especially Lagosians.

RentSmallSmall, powered by some young entrepreneurs, is Nigeria’s first on-demand home rental solution with flexible payment and rent insurance.

Briefing newsmen in Lagos, the Chief Executive Officer of RentSmallSmall, Mr. Tunde Balogun, said the firm was focused on improving rental experience for tenants and reducing vacancy period and rates for landlords.

Mr. Balogun explained that with the services of the company, prospective tenants did not have to worry about annual rent which was usually challenging.

Besides, the RentSmallSmall platform removes the burden of 10 per cent agent and agreement fee.

Balogun said the company was in partnership with a reputable insurance company, Axa Mansard Home Insurance, and other companies.

“Our services are technology-driven and all available and verified rentable apartments are paid on a monthly basis without the pain of paying to landlord and agent fees or upfront payment of one year or more. By our renting policy, after confirming interest in any available property, all you need to pay is one month; and our properties for rent are coming with housing insurance,” he said.
