The House of Representatives on Wednesday called on the National Boundary Commission to properly demarcate the boundary between Nasarawa and Benue States to curtail incessant cross border crisis.

This followed a motion by the member representing Awe, Doma, Kokona Constituency of Nassarawa State, Abubakar Hassan Nalaraba.

Nalaraba said lack of proper demarcation was precipitating crisis not only between Nassarawa and Benue States, but also in other parts of the country.

The house resolved that the National Boundary Commission demarcate the boundary between the two states.
