A witness said the suspect’s legs were broken during the beating, and he allegedly confessed to the crime.
Cletus Yusuf, a security guard who was present, stated, “He was caught trying to steal some cables from the transformer. He was brutally beaten and injured by the people living in the area, and they also broke his legs and left him by the roadside.”
