5But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.”
God does not intend for a believer to be sick, remain sick or to die of sickness. Jesus has already taken our infirmities and healed us with his stripes. Sickness is of the devil and must be resisted vehemently. You can be free from the fear of Ebola and other diseases.
9 Powerful Healing Truths: 1. God wants you to be whole. 3John 1:2. He wants you whole spirit, soul and body. Good Health is a state of spiritual, emotional and physical wellbeing. Acts 10:38, “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.”
2. Healing is your covenant right. Matthew 15:26. God promised to heal those who serve Him. Exodus 23:25
3. Jesus is anointed to make us whole. Acts 10:38,
4. There is an anointing inside you that can make you whole. Discover it and release it! Romans 8:11,
5. It takes faith to be whole. Matthew 9:22.
Luke 8:50. Do away with the arguments and receive your miracle.
You can touch him and be made whole. That means you come close enough and touch him with a touch of faith. Matthew 14:36
6. It requires persistence to be whole. Mark 10: 48, Don’t give up!
7. Stay away from sin to retain your healing or miracle. John 5:14.
8. Taking Holy Communion can burst any disease and keep you alive. John 6:49-51,
9. Kingdom service guarantees you access to healing and divine health. “And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.” Exodus 23:25
7 Powerful Plague Stoppers: 1. The word of God. Psalm 107:20, “He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.” Your respect for the word of God determines how much power it delivers to you. When you speak the word of God into your situation, you release the healing power of God into that situation. Value the word of God and your value will increase. You cannot be filled with the word of God and be filled with trouble.
2. The blood (of Jesus) destroys plagues. Exodus 12:13. When you take Holy Communion wine, you are taking the blood of Jesus.
3. The anointing of the Holy Ghost. Isaiah 10:27.
4. Sacrificial seed. Can stop the plague in your life. 2Samuel 24:25, “And David built there an altar unto the LORD, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. So the LORD was intreated for the land, and the plague was stayed from Israel.”
5. Warfare prayer. Mat 16:19. There are plagues that will never end until the devil is displaced. Only deliverance ministration can terminate certain afflictions. Obadiah 1:17, “But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.”
6. Warfare fasting. Isaiah 58. Correct fasting destroys the bands of wickedness, undoes heavy burdens, releases the oppressed and destroys every yoke. You must engage the force of fasting to destroy the yoke of sin and carnality in your life.
7. Sowing into the life of a prophet. Prophets are ordained to bring people out of bondage and point them to their promised land. Hosea 12:13; Matthew 10:41. You provoke the anointing for prophetic intervention by sowing a significant seed into the life of the prophet.
Does Seeking Medical Attention Amount To Unbelief?: Is it ok for a believer to take medication while believing God for healing? What is the role of doctors and medication? Is taking drugs a lack of faith?
No! There is no need to be ashamed to see a doctor or take medication. God sometimes works through medical personnel. God is not against the use of medicines or against doctors. Continue medication while trusting God for complete cure. A believer can also be transfused with blood. The Bible only condemns eating of blood.
Is It Scriptural To Have Blood Transfusion?: Yes. The Bible is against the eating of blood but not against blood transfusion. Some have died because of ignorance when they reject blood transfusion because of the scripture that forbids eating of blood.
How To Maintain A Sound Health: God’s desire is for us to be in sound health. 3John verse 2 “2Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth”. Prevention they say is better than cure!
1. Avoid stress, avoid worry and anxiety. Learn to plan and organize your tasks. Learn to trust God for all things. Avoid conflicts as much as possible- Romans 12:18“18 If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men”.
2. Constantly feed on the word of God. Proverbs 4:20-22. Know your rights. How much you prosper in your soul determines how much health you enjoy-3John 2.
3. Constantly confess the word of God over yourself and your family.
4. Live a life of total obedience to the word of God. Avoid sin altogether. Keep a short account of sin where you fail.
5. Take Holy Communion regularly. It is God’s prescription for staying healthy.
6. Pray regularly. Learn to unburden your soul unto God.
7. Pay your tithe regularly-it protects you against the activities of devourers including sickness.
