We wish to refer to an article that was published and appeared in the Daily Trust Newspaper edition of August 7th, 2024 titled: “Bank Manager, Chinese expatriates’ N17 billion fraud: A dangerous economic sabotage.”

Our attention has since been drawn to some inaccuracies contained in the said article. We hereby retract these inaccuracies and also tender our apologies to the person in which the article was referred to. We regret any embarrassment/ inconvenience the said article may have caused the complainant.

We also wish to state that the advert does not represent our views (editorial or otherwise), as we hold the complainant in high esteem.
