Subscribers into the Royal Residence Estate being developed by Messrs Obika Realtors Ltd in the Lekki-Epe corridor have been assured of good returns on their investment within the next 24 months.

The Managing Director of Obika Realtors Ltd, Mrs. Ekamma Ufot made the remarks while carrying out the second physical allocation exercise to some of the allottees of the estate at the site in Eluju town, Ibeju – Lekki Local Government in Lagos.

Mrs. Ufot explained that part of the facilities already inaugurated in the estate are the inner roads into the well mapped out plots, perimeter fencing of the 10 acre land, gated community and grading of the main link road to the estate from the Lekki-Epe expressway.
