RTEAN president inaugurates Abia exco, charges members on peace

The National President of Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN), Dr. Musa Muhammed Maitakobi has urged the newly elected executive members of the Abia State to live in peace and harmony for development of the transport sector.

Maitakobi, who gave the charge during the inauguration and swearing ceremony held at RTEAN House in Abuja, said there was no way any organization will progress if its members do not work together.

He said the chairman of RTEAN in Abia State, Chief Nmandi Bologun had made very important remarks by declaring that he had forgiven all members who had offended him and also urging everybody to forgive him for the success and interest of the RTEAN in the state.

He said every good leader should learn from the teaching of the holy books which commanded mankind to forgive fellow human beings.

He said: “What we want is unity and progress of RTEAN members in Abia State. Go back home and work together with everybody and should treat everyone equally without adopting a policy of divide and rule.”
