His brothers, Adam and Ben, became the second and third lawyers at Nicolet Law Accident & Injury Lawyers, while his sister, Holly, joined the firm as a paralegal. Even his mother, a registered nurse, later joined the team after decades of experience in healthcare.

“I’m blessed to work with my family,” says Nicolet. “We’ve built something together, and it’s been amazing to watch everyone grow and contribute to the firm’s success.”
