Ruwangodiya is Masari’s SA Higher Education in Katsina

Katsina State Governor  Aminu Bello Masari has approved the appointments of Malam Bashir Usman Ruwangodiya as his Special Adviser on Higher Education and Alhaji Abubakar Muhammad Sandamu as the new Permanent Commissioner in the Civil Sevice Commission.

A statement by the Secretary to the Katsina State Government, Mustapha Muhammad Inuwa, said the appointment of Ruwangodiya was based on section 196, sub-section 1 of the constitution, while Sandamu’s appointment was for five year tenure. 

Until his appointment, Malam Bashir Usrnan Ruwangodiya was a Lecturer at the Department of Mass Communication, Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic while Alhaji Abubakar Muhammad Sandamu retired as Head of Personnel, from the unified Local Government Service. Both appointments are with immediate effect.
