A letter signed by the Acting Registrar of the college, Alhaji Abdulmumin Bello Imam, said the structure was built at the cost of N180m by the Governor Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso-led administration.
“As (we) acknowledged the great efforts by the TETFUND in providing funds for its various intervention schemes in the country, the fund, as a rule, does not provide funds for administrative projects,” the letter read in part.
