The meeting, which started at 11.30am, is being held inside the Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
The governors in attendance include those of Ondo, Kaduna, Anambra, Ebonyi, Niger, Taraba, Kogi, Enugu, Imo, Borno and Gombe States as well as the deputy governors of Oyo and Bayelsa States, among others.
