The Niger Tornadoes striker has scored 14 goals thus far this season and his representative Bright Okafor told MTNFootball.com that Samsunspor are the latest overseas team to show interest to sign his player.

He said, “Sibi is the hottest striker in Nigeria now and many teams have shown interest in him. KAA Gent in Belgium as well as a team from Singapore have shown interest in signing him. The latest club after him are Samsunspor,” Okafor said.

“It is obvious Sibi won’t play in Nigeria next season but his destination is not known yet.”

Nigeria striker Ekigho Ehiosun featured for Samsunspor last season in the Turkish top flight. A number of clubs in Nigeria Premier League including Kano Pillars and Kwara United wanted him during mid- season transfer but the former Enyimba front man opted to stay put at struggling Niger Tornadoes.
