Residents of Sanga Local Government Area of Kaduna State have been encouraged to receive the COVID-19 vaccine without any doubt about its efficacy as no responsible government will intentionally endanger the lives of its citizens.
The call was made by the Executive Chairman of the council, Charles Danladi, at the flag-off of the vaccination against COVID-19 at the Primary Health Centre, Gwantu.

The chairman said highly placed government officials like President Muhammadu Buhari, governors and other top government officials have all received the vaccine to demonstrate its genuineness.
He urged all citizens to trust the government in its efforts to exercise its primary duty of securing and protecting their lives.
While regretting that COVID-19 has brought the entire world to its knees, Danladi said the council was leaving no stone unturned in the fight against the virus.
Earlier in a welcome address, the Director, Primary Health Care, Samson Maigari, urged the people to disregard any rumour aimed at questioning the effectiveness of the vaccine and receive it wholeheartedly.
