The Chairman of the Senate Committee on Information representing Jigawa Northwest Senatorial District, Senator Abdullahi Danladi Sankara, has donated 12 cars and N 2.2m to the All Progressives Congress (APC) Jigawa State chapter.
The state chairman of the party, Aminu Sani Gumel, who confirmed the donations to reporters in Dutse on Wednesday, lauded the senator for the gesture.
“The cars were presented to the party chairmen of the 12 local government councils under the Senator Sankara zone and also 200,000 was given to each beneficiary for fueling.
“The party is happy with the donation and it will welcome any of such from good members of the party,” he declared
