Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Wednesday commissioned Ikosi-Isheri Local Council Development Area (LCDA) ultra modern Secretariat Complex and the Ikosi Fruit Market Phase 1.

Ikosi Fruit Market, one of largest in Lagos and popular among residents for buying and selling of fruits was demolished in 2019 by the previous administration for upgrade.

Having completed phase one of the market project, Governor Sanwo-Olu described the project commissioned as an example of development enhancing initiatives that will positively impact the lives of the people of the LCDA
