The level of insecurity in Kaduna state has reached alarming proportions. People of Kaduna state no longer sleep with their two eyes close.
I like to use this opportunity to draw the attention of Kaduna state government to the current security challenges that we are facing in the state and to find a lasting solutions to the problem. The state police commissioner should also deploy his men to nooks and crannies in the state. Cultism, robbery, kidnapping, car theft, burglary, ritual killings are everywhere in Kaduna.
Some criminals notably robbers operate in certain areas in Kaduna metropolis and its environs. These robbery gangs operate between 9:30pm to 3:00am from Abuja junction to Kakau through to Kaduna Toll Gate; from Command Junction to Sabon Tasha; from Sabon Tasha through refinery to Maraban Rido; from Romi Junction to Trikaniya bye pass; from Kawo through Zaria Road.
There is no doubt that sound measures need to be introduced to tackle insecurity in Kaduna State. For Kaduna to be a peaceful home again, the state government and all security apparatus must work together tirelessly to tackle the security challenges. God bless Kaduna state.
