A security guard, Haruna Maga, on Tuesday appeared in a Wuse Zone 6 Chief Magistrates’ Court, Abuja, for allegedly stealing nine bottles of wine and cocktail glasses valued at N37,000 from a supermarket.

The police charged Maga, an employee of Maxcare Supermarket, Lokogoma, Apo, Abuja with a count charge of theft by servant.

The Prosecution Counsel, Mr Emmanuel Ochayi told the court that the matter was reported by the complainant, Mr Fagbemi Emmanuel of Maxcare Supermarket, Lokogoma, Apo, Abuja on Aug.24.
