…seized 1.9m tramadol tablets in six month in Kaduna

The National Drugs Laws Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) said it has seized about 1.9 million tablets of Tramadol from January to June 2019 in Kaduna State.

The agency also said it arrested 94 persons for drug related offences during the period under review.

The Kaduna State Commander NDLEA Bala Musa Fagge disclosed this in commemoration of 2019 International Day Against Illicit Drug Abuse and Trafficking held in the state.

He said the command has also destroyed 1.200kg and half acre of cannabis sativa farm land around Kachia Local Government Area of the state.
