Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc has announced the appointment of Madame Nathalie Delapalme as a non-executive director.

The announcement was made in a statement issued to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) on Wednesday.

The statement also noted that Madame Delapalme joined the board with effect from July 18, 2019.

“The board of directors of SEPLAT Petroleum Development Company Plc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Madame Nathalie Delapalme as a Non-Executive Director of the company with effect from 18th July 2019.

“Madame Delapalme is an independent director on the Board of Directors of Maurel et Prom and has acted as an alternate to Maurel et Prom’s nominee, Mr. Michel Hochard, since June 30, 2014.

“She is also an executive director of the Mo Ibrahim Foundation.”
