A party organised by one Baba Sunday for one Buky on Easter Sunday at Aguda area of Lagos which later turned to arena of war left several persons injured with five persons arrested by the police.

It was learnt that the fracas was allegedly between some youths in the area over leadership tussle.

It was learnt that those from Aguda were forced into the fight when they saw those from Ijesha harassing and snatching bags from girls in the area. All efforts by the organizer to ensure that peace returned fell on their deft ears as the warring factions employ the use of different lethal weapons to attack themselves.

Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Bala Elkana, who confirmed the attack, said on Sunday at about 9.30am, Aguda Police Station received a distress call that a group of youths from Ijesha and Aguda areas were engaging themselves in a free for all fight at the boundary between the two communities.
