Seyi Tinubu has congratulated Venerable Ademola Daniel Arowolo on his election as the National Chairman of the Youth Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria (YOWICAN).
In a congratulatory message shared on social media, Tinubu described Arowolo’s emergence as “well-deserved,” praising his leadership qualities and commitment to service within the church and the wider youth community.
“Congratulations to Ademola Daniel Arowolo on your well-deserved victory as National Chairman, Youth Wing, Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN). This achievement is a testament to your dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment to service,” Tinubu said.
He also offered prayers for divine guidance and success as the new chairman assumes office, expressing confidence that Arowolo’s leadership would promote unity and positive engagement among Christian youths across the country.
Arowolo, a clergyman and youth advocate, was elected after a competitive process. He previously served as Chairman of YOWICAN’s South West Zone, where he led several youth-focused initiatives and coordinated inter-zonal collaborations.
His election comes at a time when YOWICAN is expanding its role in mobilising Christian youths for spiritual development, community service and national engagement.
YOWICAN is the youth arm of the Christian Association of Nigeria and serves as a platform for promoting the interests and participation of young Christians nationwide.
