The Chairman, Senate Committee on Local and Foreign Debt, Senator Shehu Sani has reacted to foiled suicide attack on Yobe mosque.
DailyTrust reports that a vigilant member of Gashua village in Gujba local government area of Yobe state on Sunday averted a devastating suicide bomb attack on a mosque.

This was confirmed by Colonel Onyema Nwachukwu, Deputy Director Public Relations Theatre Command Operation Lafiya Dole in a statement.
Reacting, Sani in a tweet commended the civilians that captured the female suicide bomber.
According to him, they deserve commendation by the federal government.
"Today’s good news that some courageous civilians in Gashua,Yobe state foiled a female suicide bomb attack on a mosque deserves commendation and appreciation.Not just whistle blowing, but a big reward for such act of bravery should be given by the FG to show appreciation".
