The Chairman of the Senate Committee on Local and Foreign Debt, Senator Shehu Sani (APC, Kaduna), has has reacted to the sudden disappearance of mace during the senate sitting on Wednesday.
Dailytrust reports that Five persons sneaked into the chamber while DSP, Ike Ekweremadu was presiding and went away with the mace .
The guys including two hefty guys ran out of the chamber through the main gate.
They jumped into a waiting jeep and drove off. Reacting, Sani in a tweet said,"The senate invaded.Mace taken away.Deliberations on whether to adjoined or not.I and others insisted that the senate must not adjoin(adjourned).I removed my waist Belt and lay to serve as a mace for us to continue,My colleagues…
