A senator representing Kaduna central, Shehu Sani has reacted to recent Nigerian troops revolt at the Maiduguri airport.
The aggrieved soldiers reportedly arrived at the airport at 6pm ahead of their posting to Marte local government area.
Shehu Sani in a tweet said such incidents are avoidable, calling for support for the troops who offered to risk and sacrificed their lives for the country.
"Troops revolt as recently experienced and reported from Maiduguri are avoidable.We must adequately support and provide for those who offered to risk and sacrificed their lives to keep ours.Nothing is much for those holding down and putting down the monstrous insurgence".
