He said this Friday in Abuja while addressing a press conference on the 3rd year anniversary celebration of Shiloh Word Chapel with the theme” wisdom to win souls and make wealth”, which is taking place from July 29, this year.
He called on very Nigerian both Christians and Muslims to pray for a change of mind of members of the dreaded Boko Haram groups presently tormenting the nation.
On the imposition of taxes on religious bodies, he said that once the decision has been taken by the government those affected must abide by it, adding that nobody is above the law.
The first year anniversary of the church was tagged ‘ power of one. The second ‘ double double God while the third is tagged ‘“ wisdom to win souls and make wealth’.
Prophet Ikechuchukwu Okafor  Samuel was born on 17th September, 1979, in a village called Nibo, Awka, Anambra State Nigeria. A prophetic word came to the mother on Sunday evening prayer meeting by a prophet in ACPPB after several miscarraiges for five years that God is giving a sign that a special child shall be sent to her as a prophet of end time and his name shall be called Samuel. A male child and locally called Ikechukwu which  means God’s Power and he will manifest God’s power with boldness to change his generation. The prophecy manifested after he gave his life to Christ on a crusade organised by Rev Dr. Uma Ukpai. The prophecy manifested in his primary school days till date, all souls in the village where he was born know him as a prophet. 1 Samuel 2:26, 1 samuel 3:21, Joshua 1:8, Jeremiah 1:1-12 And he performs many signs and wonders in the village from the age of 7 before he left for international evangelism. He later came back to expand his knowledge in Living Faith Church.  He is a graduate of WOFBI – the training arm of bishop David Oyedepo’s Living Faith Church. (aka Winners Chapel).
In 2010, he was called into full time ministry.
And he has another mentor and father in the prophetic work of love, humility and charity for grace of the supernatural, Senior Prophet T.B Joshua of SCOAN (The Synagogue Church of All Nations), C.E.O of Emmanuel TV Network worldwide.
He is the presiding founder of SHILOH WORD CHAPEL a.k.a FAITH NATIONS, Hebrews 11 grace of faith prophetic anointing with Headquaters in Abuja – Nigeria.
The ministry has the mandate to raise a generation that will change nations and possess the land through the act of faith.
The church also has a vibrant charity organization called Samaritan Foundation, making dynamic impact in the lives of people.
Prophet Samuel is married to the former Miss Nigeria UK, a legal adviser, Queen Ifunanya Samuel and blessed with a daughter, Diamond and a son Elijah.
Since the Church started , he has been winning souls and raising men with his special interest in love and passion for the less privileged. Ever since the church started three years ago, they have recorded  over 300 miracles from abroad and people from other fath have been converted. In the recent past, 30 of his prophecies have come to pass about Nigeria”.
