Adenuga who is also listed as one of those to be interrogated however wrote formally to EFCC saying he could not be present owing to an engagement in South Africa. He pleaded with the anti-graft agency to return fro his trip and then present himself before operatives.

Also grilled yesterday were former Legal Adviser Ministry of Finance Mrs. Agbamuche, former Legal Adviser Nigerian Telecommunications (NITEL) Daba Jubrin and a former NITEL staff R. Olusanju.

Already EFCC has grilled Siemens Managing Director Alain  DeCat, Tunde Orija Siemens General Manager Finance & Accounts, Ralf Henrich Managing Director C. Woermann Nig. Ltd and Olusegun Olaniyi Chief Accountant C.Woermann Nig. Ltd.

Three former Ministers of Communication have also officially made statements before EFCC. They are Current Deputy National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Haliru Bello Mohammed, Retired Major General Tajudeen Olanrewaju and Chief Cornelius Adebayo. EFCC’s Spokesman Femi Babafemi confirmed the invitees were interrogated.
