The two firms at a joint engagement with the Nigerian Insurance Association, the parties agreed to develop technology solutions that will enhance the practice of Insurance in Nigeria.
The workshop was attended by key players in the insurance industry including; Abimbola Ajayi of NEM Insurance, Romanus Ezengwu of IEI, Tonye Sigha of FBN Insurance, Oyewole Maku of Cornerstone Insurance, etc.
Signal Alliance Enterprise Solutions Development Lead, Anthony Nwankwo said the cloud adoption is the way to go for the insurance companies to achieve economies of scale, increase volume output or productivity with fewer people.
He explained that the cloud solutions will also help insurance firms to reduce spending on technology infrastructure through pay-as-you-go model (weekly, quarterly or yearly), seamline their processes and enable them to get more work done in less time with less people.
