Top Nigerian music producers  KASH 11, ID, KSOLO confirmed that  Mr. Olaitan Oladapo a.k.a Da Grin is dead.

The reactions of fans worldwide to his fatal accident and subsequent passing away have been overwhelming. There have been outpours of emotions and prayers for Da Grin’s family to stay strong.

Da Grin made his first appearance on YQ’s musical video- Efi Mile. He’s exceptional performance registered into people consciousness. Music producers, marketers, and record label knew that Da Grin has something inside of him that was special and distinct.

When the video PON PON PON, one of the tracks in his debut album, was released it was received with critical acclaims. The vidoe revealed the originality and creativity in the aritiste’s work.

During his life time, Da Grin featured dozens of musicians including Kenny Saint Brown, 9ice, Oluwe, YQ Isolate and others within is short spell in the Nigeria Hip-Pop scene.
