The rapper, songwriter, actor, comedian and recording artiste had a great impact on the Nigerian entertainment sector.

Known for his socio-conscious messages, his songs were in line with recent happenings in the country, a trait that can be linked to the Music Icon Fela Anikulapo Kuti.
Fans of the late Sound Sultan are currently mourning him.

The classic, which was a street anthem in 2000, is highly regarded till date. Loved by kids and their parents alike, “Mr teacher” teaches his students mathematics in a conscious way. The track brought Sound sultan into limelight.
The “Jagbajantis” crooner dedicated this song to “all his brothers wey don ja comot for naija”. He adds “no matter where you go, make you no forget about area!”. This is sound sultan telling you “there’s no place like home”.
