This is the moment a tiny trinket snake picked a fight with a deadly cobra by lodging its teeth straight in its rival’s face in a stand-off between the two reptiles in a forest near Saputara, a hill station in Gujarat, India, It was a warning bite to the cobra to leave that place and the cobra quickly moved back and took another path. The cobra can inject so much venom it could kill an elephant with a single bite, so if the cobra had bitten the trinket snake back it would have died in seconds. But this incident showed the shy nature of the cobra and the aggressive attitude of this trinket – it was very rare.
